Affinity Diagram

To analyse and organise insights effectively, I created an affinity diagram using data from three sources I had researched (competitive benchmarking, online survey and note taking).

With the help of a volunteer, we grouped related findings into meaningful categories, identifying key themes, patterns, and user pain points. This collaborative approach allowed for a deeper understanding of user needs, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.

Once grouped, I summarised and evaluated our findings.
