My Note Taking Project

As part of this project, I analysed two usability test recordings for a selected airline website case study, taking detailed notes on user interactions and behaviours.

The objective was to gain a deeper understanding of two individuals’ experiences by identifying pain points, usability challenges, and overall design effectiveness. By closely observing user navigation and decision-making processes, I evaluated how well the website supports intuitive interaction.

The findings from this analysis will inform recommendations to enhance the user experience and provide valuable insights for future website improvements.
